Within an artistic context, the term defines the merging of sensory experiences, where one input (such as sound) cannot be described without referring to another (touch, sight, or smell).
constrained surface explores this synaesthetic experience through the unison of light, color, sound, and movement, inviting visitors to discover the surprising possibilities of perception within the boundaries of a frame.
